Softender is a software application designed for everyone who award contracts under the Public Procurement Act No. 137/2006 Coll. This law allows the use of electronic resources not only for recording and managing the necessary documentation for public contracts, but also by directly allows to perform all acts in public procurement electronically. However, the use of electronic forms of procurement law requires compliance with certain conditions laid down directly by law or its implementing regulations. One of the main conditions for the use of so-called electronic tools provided by law, the need to obtain clearance of an electronic tool that ensures compliance with all other requirements for the use of electronic tools at law. Description of basic functionality

It also includes a component procurement, which is adapted to work with all data and documents needed in the procurement. Each contract consists of a file that contains the appropriate documentation and related data. Creating a contract
Create a public contract is entering into structured data card contract and the subsequent creation of relevant documents using templates according to the chosen procedure.
