Company History

B2B Centrum a.s. founded in 2000 by Dalibor Wijas to develop business in the field of electronic marketplaces
and e-commerce between businesses (B2B e-commerce) in the Czech Republic. Within a short time B2B Centrum a.s. pioneered
and leads the market with services and applications for e-procurement in the corporate sector and public administration.

Company becomes a partner of Ariba Inc., U.S.. for Czech Republic and Slovakia

Company launches new product - SOFTRADE, comprehensive system for managing e-shopping business

2006
the company has launched a new product - SOFTENDER, which is designed for e-procurement orders under the Act 137/2006 Coll. on Public Procurement

2008
establishing subsidiary Intelligo Ltd.
